Worked out and refined over more than ten years, these are
what give our truffles their very special textures and flavours.

| | The quality of chocolate varies hugely, depending on the use to which it is put and the quality required. Here at Browne's we use a high grade of continental chocolate (or "couverture", as it is known), for example our dark chocolate contains 71% cocoa solids!
Our fruits are carefully sourced from around the world to ensure we get the best available. Our Ginger comes from Queensland, Australia; the Orange and Lemon slices are from the Rioja district in Spain; recently we have obtained fine organic dates from Tunisia.
